Today on Days of our Lives , Stefano ( Joseph Mascolo ) has reestablished himself in his mansion.  Rolf is there as well, begging and scraping to please his erstwhile master. At the hospital, John ( Drake Hogestyn ) looks in on Marlena as Lexie checks her vitals.  Lexie sees that Marlena’s brain activity spiked, and she must be regaining consciousness.
