Soap veteran Jon Lindstorm, who is best known for portraying Kevin Collins on both General Hospital and its spin-off series Port Charles , is set to return to daytime TV.  This time, however, he’ll be heading to the town of Oakdale as he joins the cast of As the World Turns . Lindstorm first played the resident psychiatrist on G eneral Hospital in 1994 until 1997 before appearing on the spin-off Port Charles from June 19997 until 2003.  During his portrayal of Kevin, he was involve in several controversial storylines, including the abduction of Ian Thornhart, whom he tried to bury behind a brick wall, the stalking and kidnapping of Felicia Jones after suffering a nervous breakdown, and the strangling of Lucy Coe, just to name a few.
