For months now on ABC’s One Life to Live , Kathy Brier ‘s Marcie McBain has been on-the-run with her adopted son, Tommy, in the hopes of alluding Todd Manning ( Trevor St. John ), Tommy’s biological father. Filming has been more intense and tiring since the particular storyline began, most especially for Brier. “I’m so exhausted from them, frankly,” Brier said of her scenes in an interview with Soap Opera Weekly . “And what was tough about them was that we filmed a majority of them over three days — and most of the days were 12-16 hours long. I wished it was more spread out. It was exhausting.”
